Media sources like The Wall Street Journal and Politico wrote that 18,000 people attended… but the pavilion only holds 5,000. And there were empty seats. Journalism: the oldest profession.

I live in the Milwaukee metro area and I've been to the BMO Harris arena, there's no way there ws 18,000 people at the Obama appearance.
The number of 18,000 is a made up lie, made up by the mayor of Milwaukee, Tom Barrett (a loyal Democrat), and given to a MSM that went along with the lie. The capacity of the BMO Harris is 5,000, even if a couple of thousand people hung around outside, the maximum size of the crowd was 7-8,000.
I bet "Dear Leader" had half of them bussed in as it is. But look at the bright side, 5,000 people and only 3 of them missed work.

BTW, the stuff that Clinton did that people liked, he was forced to do because of the asskicking the GOP gave him in 1994. He was forced to work with Gingrich. He was able to legislate, unlike Obama who has to use executive orders because he is unable to govern.
No i think Clinton wisely decided it was best for both his politics and his country to work with new Republican majorities. They are not mutually exclusive motivations. We need more of that, in general, and I don't care what partisan hats people are wearing

Except that I think he was bullied into it. Regardless, the enviroment was in pretty rough shape and something had to be done. That said, the EPA has gotten as out of hand as the IRS, and there's nobody that is willing to put an end to the tyranny of either one.
