This is just another fine example of the media and the populace not doing some basic research and checking. Yet again, a gift from barry that needs to be put to its fullest use.
I guess you tube forgot to scrub this one.
You beat me to it! Where was the research that would have exposed this speech during the 2008 election? The GOP is failing on a number of counts. They are not properly vetting the opposition's candidate for REAL issues to expose. Nor are they grooming and developing possible candidates for the future. Even if we manage to squeak by in this election, if the conservative arm wants to stay relevant, they need to do their hoomework. FInd great speakers. Find GOOD people to run for office, not the same tired faces that have lost in the past. Grow up GOP! By default, you represent a great manyy people. Make us of that and get you sh*t to gether!
I thought Joe the Plumber and the Spread-The-Wealth fiasco hammered it pretty well in 2008
The fact is, redistro means different things to different people. Property owners might kick in a little extra in Tax to educate the local children. A slice of my wages contributes to NORAD or other varieties of combat air patrol. The whole notion of government revolves around necessary redistribution of wealth from market channels
Just like vague attacks on government, I'm often left scratching my head at attacks on wealth redistribution. We all enjoy the benefits and drawbacks of both, to varying degrees. Qualifiers and Quantities would help: even Obama said "at a certain level". What fkking level?? I would agree with that statement in the abstract, but only provisionally as I'd require further details (e.g. I would oppose any measure that tried to guarantee an Xbox 360 to every child because I don't believe its in the public good to do so.. but smaller classrooms, yeah I think that's a good idea, and it takes money)
Just as I understand that some form of taxation is unavoidable to run the country, I am not opposed to some giving for the public good and for REAL education. I do feel the uber wealthy have an obligation to do a great deal of charitable work. They have more money than they could ever use, and it grows daily. To provide some to the legitimately poor and/or disabled, or elderly is good for THEM, to realize how fortunate they are. Notice I do not object to them GETTING the money, only to hogging every last penny.
Find another Reagan?
The liberal/progress types are ALL ABOUT REDISTRIBUTION.
They come out & say it all the time.
They install policies & follow through on this from coast to coast.
They ARE SOCIALISTS.
They then get pissed when they are called socialists.
They are bad for America, & we not survive much more of their failed BS.
I am all for redistribution...of the liberals...Obama and family redistributed to Kenya, Pelosi and family to Iran, Barney and his wife/er/husband or whatever to Egypt, Harry Reed and family distributed to Indonesia, Debbie Washerhands Much and family to any prison outside the US, Anthony Wiener and family to Afghanistan, and the rest of their filth redistributed equally about the third world.
Not sure why this is news. Zero in 2008:
"I think when you spread the wealth around, it’s good for everybody."
I, too, believe in the redistribution of wealth. Here's how it works: You want to take money away from a rich person? Then provide him a good or a service. He will pay you.
Pretty much says it all concerning "Dear Leader's" intentions. But nobody looked into this back in '98, they were too busy making love to the Clintons.
God help me, I hate commies.
With a passion. I have no tolerance for them. Not even commie-lite types who don't even realize that they are redistributionists but are convinced that they are better intended than the rest of us,
We need to develop companies and services that aren't afraid of the fascists in the libtard media. I just watched "The Last Ounce of Courage" and spent most of the movie trying not to blubber too much and let my wife and other movie goers know that I was crying big ol' crocodile tears. YouTube is as liberal a company as you can ask for and well in the tank for the Bamster. We need services that meet the needs of God-fearing Americans and have the spine to stand up to bullies like: Move on, teachers' unions, ACLU, ACORN, the AFL-CIO, et al. We need to support these companies wherever and whenever we find them and pass on the names to our like thinking friends and families so they can frequent these same businesses so they can grow and prosper and as a way to punish all those crony capitalist businesses that have sided with the enemies of this great country. We need our own version of Google, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube and we need to support them and stop taking free sh*t from the hand of SATAN! Would you be willing to pay $25 to $50 dollars a month top make that happen? I would, I think. I don't know how to make this happen, but I'm sure there's some very bright IHTM supporter out there that could do this. Give me some feedback...before Obama redistributes my eye teeth.
Google is not Satan.. but they did give me a lot of free stuff. I've got Google Glass on order too. I can't help but think a lot of folk are going to freak over those. And I mean freak in the worst way.
Youtube blocked on bus wifi, but seems this would be a good one to unleash as soon as Mitt has protested that the 47% tape is months old and Socky has responded ythat the age doesn't matter, heh heh.
