Don't hold your breath. The media will NEVER "get it".
One of the hallmarks of the lib/fascist - and it's hardwired in - is the utter inability to trace cause/effect lines. Sometimes they do it, but it's along the lines of a million monkeys at a million typewriters (if you're under 30, ask your parents). Eventually, one of them will write something coherent.
This is no different than every country that ever welcomed the commies in. Sure the USSR is an economic and human rights disaster. But that''s because the Russians aren't doing it right. WE are so much more intelligent, downright brilliant in fact, WE will "do it right" and we will have utopia.
My aunt escaped Russia in 1917. She went to Prague. And in the 30's and 40's that's all she heard from the Czechs. When the tanks rolled in in 1968, some had already gotten it, but die-hard lib/fascists? No chance.
And that is all I heard from the libs here back in the 70's and 80's any time I brought up the USSR as an example of what a disaster socialism is. Russians are a little backward. Stalin turned it into a military dictatorship. Blah blah blah.
It's why Gorbachev was heralded as the Second Coming. He was going to create the utopia that they all "know" socialism should be. And when that failed too, not a one understood why.
