• Honestly, this verbal kerfuffle of Dear Leader strikes me as very well intended - I mean, it wasn't a 'slip of the tongue'. Intentional insult to Christians while attempting to appease the behavior of Muslims. WHY would he do that?

  Everyone with 2 brain cells hooked in series can see that Obama is setting this country up for a BIG fall. That's going to be his legacy for America, but he's trying to hold things together until the next man takes the helm of this ship of state. When the blocks all come tumbling down, Obama is going to need some where to live. Living like a Prince in Saudi Arabia or Iran would beat swinging from a rope in America. He was just 'house hunting' today, that's all.

  • I believe he is trying to become Head Doofus of the United Nations. He seems to be constantly auditioning for that position. It wouldn't surprise me if all the visits to the Whitehouse end with foreign leaders having to agree to endorse his UN run before they get any help from the US. That, and kneeling down to kiss his ring before they're allowed to leave his presence... at this point, if we get hit by an attack, it just may be our own allies getting back at us. I hope they can wait a couple years, but i can totally understand if they can't.

• Quagmire would do well to remember that the practitioners of the religion of peace were just as evil and bloodthirsty in the 11th century, as they are now.

• The Crusades were fought by a theocracy, Islam is more a theocracy than a religion. America was formed by Christians that wanted to get away from the theocratic church of Europe and with the help of Almighty God founded the greatest freedom loving nation ever known to man. But as John Adams wrote "Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other."

  Progressives, with much help from Obama, are destroying the very foundation of this country's freedom. They are establishing a theocratic government of dependence and political correctness which has nothing to do with morality or God.

• The difference is any Christians (and even then let's not forget it was the Muslims that first tried to invade Europe) committing atrocities a thousand years ago were doing so in defiance of Christ's teaching.     • Being an Atheist, I can sit back and look at this from what I consider to be a clear point of view. If one does not follow the teachings of Christ, one has no business calling oneself a Christian. If one does not follow the teachings of Mohamed, one has no business calling oneself a Muslim.

      I think we all know the difference between the two teachings.

• Had to return to the 11th Century in an attempt to draw comparison between Christians and those who follow the pedophile. For those who wish to try and make this comparison work, remember the Crusaders fought with armies from the muslim countries. They didn't slaughter women and children. Next point to ponder. If those of the Christian faith had not pushed back against the Muslims. What would Western Europe look like today?

  Quagmire went to the National Pray Breakfast and made these outlandish comments. The same quagmire who sat in the "church" of the Rev Jeremiah Wright. You know the same Rev Jeremiah Wright who preaches hate and at one point in his life was a goat worshiper.

  Those in attendance should've gotten up and left in the middle of his comments. He was insulting Christians and trying to down play the actions from those who he claims aren't muslim today. Yet he was comparing the actions by the non followers of islam today with the crusaders from the 11th century. If they animals aren't muslims, why compare them with the crusaders?
