Obama misses budget deadline. Again. He missed the February 4 deadline required by the Budget and Accounting Act of 1921 and the White House refuses to say when the budget might be done. He’s the only president to miss the deadline two years in a row, the only president to miss it three out of four, and holds the record for longest delay… his first budget was 98 days late. He also holds the record for most games of golf but that’s merely a coincidence.
