Obama mocks skeptics of climate change as ‘flat-Earth society’: This statement is fitting in a way that Obama, a man apparently starved of all knowledge and appreciation of history, cannot process. If science could be settled by a rigged “consensus” then it would have been decided long ago that the earth was in fact flat. But science cannot be settled with a vote, a show of hands, or a cowing of those involved into acquiescence. Science must be settled by facts. Which is precisely why Obama has no interest in debating them.

The thing to take from any Obama mention of "flat-earth" is his seething contempt for faith and religion like any far-leftist. His condescending mockery of people "clinging to faith" in San Francisco is another example. He's one of those people who's spoken of in 2 Timothy who makes a "pretense of religion" while denying its power for his own ambition.

Yesterday El Goredo said that our daily emissions was equivalent to 400,000 atom bombs exploding at the same time so of course the Obummer had to say... 'er, something anyway. I wonder if he is looking to start a meaningless cable network he can sell later, at a huge profit, to a company owned by enemies of our country?
