Their presences might have been ordered, their approval must be earned and from all appearances barry didn't accomplish that at all.
If he ever comes to my base (why would he, Hawaii is in his golf bag), I'll find a reason NOT to be there.
I hope his sorry ass was embarrassed as hell! But I'm doubting he was. He does these kind of speeches like a robot. Good for the troops for giving him the silent treatment. OoooooooRah to that!

The crowd responded when anything positive was said about the MILITARY. Everything else was dead air. I understand that the white house cut the live feed after like 2 minutes. (There is apparently a section that was assigned to do the "wooooooo" whoop, but even they are silent whenever they can be.)
At one point Obama did his "I hear you" (bro) thing, clearly anticipating that the crowds would be screaming. But they weren't. It was pretty embarrassing really.
If you can't stand to hear too much of this propaganda, just go to like minute 5 or 10. The silence is deafening.

Had it been me I would have brought along those little foam plugs to protect my delicate ears..the ones they use at the shooting range
