Delusional commander and chief as about all that anyone can say. barry wants the private sector upside down so he can have as many people dependent upon the government. Does any of this sound familiar to all of you?

I really want to know when did people become rich AFTER getting into civil service, state and federal office and the Presidency? I can understand rich men becoming part of government AFTER getting rich in the private sector that makes PERFECT sense. However, not being rich in the private sector but then get rich after getting into any state or federal office is just weird to me. That is the only thing that I can think of that may explain the disconnect between today's politicians and the people.

No, no it isn't. When I go to Walmart and I buy the same products and in the same quantities as four years ago but now they cost me double or nearly triple that they used to cost me, them no sector of the economy is doing just fine. Having to work double (or triple) in order to live the same way I lived, means that no sector of the economy is doing just fine. That is not life, to have to work double or triple in order to MAINTAIN a lifestyle. That makes no sense. You work harder to get more and UPGRADE not to maintain. It is really hard out there and Obamie and his crew and his Obama stage idiots don't seem to understand that.
In the meantime he is going off about college tuition and blah blah blah and multiple universities are now sending illiterate and stupid and irresponsible people millions upon millions of dollars. They go and spend it on crap and then within a week or a month they cry back to the school wanting more money and they get no jobs. It is disgusting. I remember this girl telling me that she took LOAN money to go on a cruise as a graduation present for herself and panicking after realizing she overspent and she didnt buy the gown for her graduation. She was angry because no one in her family was going to help her and she deserved that cruise and to walk down to get her diploma because she work so hard at getting her 2.0 average. Disgusting.

Romney (if the victor) will prove a huge disappointment to The Right on so many fronts. He will be for economic growth, but also for government growth... even if far slower than Ol' Bummer. No human being is the answer to our problems - especially the GOP nominee-apparent. Ick! He'll merely be better for the economy than the current resident of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
Don't be afraid of the future. I believe you deeply trust The One Who spoke the words recorded in Luke 21:28 and John 16:33. Take refuge, find solace and comfort in Him.
Then go to the ballot box this November (and convince as many as you can to go with you and do the same) and help Obama join the lecture circuit four years earlier than he planned to where well-heeled liberals will pay him $10,000 per speech to try and salvage their own dignity for having ever supported this communist.
Is true the only one I can put my faith on is Christ. I just have to believe there is a plan and the plan means that things will work out at some point for the best. I will vote for sure, just hope that Obama doesn't hurt the country much more before November. I'll risk sounding glib and simplistic but let me take a crack at this:
The crazy cost of living can be laid directly and immediately at the feet of astronomical energy prices here. Romney will help get that down to earlier Bush-era levels. He's a growth guy more than he is about freedom, which is why I believe he'll be such a disappointment to us Righties. I believe, though, on his watch, he'll put policies in place that could help gas drop back to $2/gallon by the end of year two of his presidency. Not great, but that's a heckuva lot better than where we're out now, of course (I'd rather see it closer to a buck again).
"Green energy" subsidies such as those for ethanol driving up corn-based food prices will go buh-bye and competition will drive food prices down again.
The dollar will strengthen and your buying power increase a bit more under Romney.
Now, do I hope he'll turn out to be known as the "The Stormin' Mormon" because he can shed all the layers of having to be a Massachusetts Republican all those years and be more concerned about leading a nation and helping her economic engines roar again? Sure, I do. I wish the conservative leaders of the LDSs would get him by the short-and-curlies and drag Romney to act like the freedom-loving patriots their group is by-and-large.
Will it happen? I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for some conservative revolution flowing out of his White House, but I don't think he'll stand in the way of growth that will make America the big dog again.

Ok, to prove Ruben's point, look at your electric bill, there is probably a line that says fuel adjustment or something along those lines. It's something that is fairly recent, like within the last 5 years, when gas prices went nuts. It has just about doubled your electric bill. When fuel prices get back to the 1.50-2.00 range, that should go away.
Now, beyond that, there is the cost of food increasing because of transportation costs due to fuel prices. Everything hinges on fuel costs.

The congressional elections are of significant import this time around as well. Taking the senate would be the biggest step this cycle. Properly reigned, Romney won't be able to do as much damage as he otherwise might. Certainly, whatever he does would be less damaging than what the current commie and the whores in the senate are trying to skewer us with.

And the bad news for domestic enemies of our constitution is that news of The Tea Party's death has been highly exaggerated. The electoral and ballot measure miracles from WI to CA are proof of that. Common sense conservatism is on the rise.
What gives me as much pause about Romney as anything in his past are some of his current adviser's opinions on the ACA and the "green energy" sector.
