• The attacks on Christianity continues. With the current pope all about bashing capitalism, he just might land a cabinet position as well.

  • The progressives I know love this pope. Some reasons are valid; others are because he has a strong socialist/anti-capitalist opinion. Criticizing supply side economics while calling it trickle down economics demonstrates ignorance of the principles of the theory.

          It is actually quite fascinating. I am no hater, many people drink coffee beans that are made from the feces of an animal in some rainforest... forgot the name of it right now. Ancient Asians (Japanese primarily) put bird poop on their faces as makeup and stuff.           I've seen people make paper out of animal feces (after sanitizing it of course). I've personally seen people use feces intermingled with mud to builty their homes in certain countries including my country of origin. Feces are used in agriculture, a lot of the food that we eat grows from manure. So animal waste as part of our products it is indeed very normal.

          If people in general find out about ambergris, not sure that there will be a sudden drop in luxury products, as many people who do buy those products already know.
