We have literally millions of dollars tied up in these programs, all z illion of them. We were launching them in the 60's and we are still launching them. When are we going to see results? I want outcomes of all these programs to decide if they are worth the money. Keep the ones that work, and the ones that don't get 86ed.

Just another waste of taxpayers money. Businesses are not going to move into a crime ridden neighborhood then hire clowns with their pants hanging off their ass, that cannot read, write or work simple math problems. It's a simple fact of life that the fools in gooberment just don't get.
I was MIA around here for over a year, I got an offer to run a construction project that had a lot of zeros on my paycheck, but I am retired, again. I hired a lot of people over the years, I know a lot of business owners, and one thing I am pretty sure about is I know of nobody who would hire someone who looks like a fool.
Any business owner would think twice before hiring someone who has their ass hanging out of their pants, has tattoos all over their face, head or neck, or has earrings stuck in their lips, nose, tongue and eyebrows. That kind of look turns customers off and they will stop coming into your business. The gooberment cannot legislate feelings and if people think the clerk, cook, or repairman looks like a thug they will not use or stop by your place of business again.
I don't care how much money the Obummer wastes, he cannot change the simple facts of life. Liberals are so damn dumb it astounds me.

How about we enforce the damn border & deport people here illegally. That would help young black men with being able to get a job.
That's sort of like treatment for mentsll illness. To be successful, the patient has to WANT to get better. Many young black men want money, but don't want to work. Selling drugs and weapons is so much more profitable. Even in these terrible, racist times, black men and women who WANT to improve their lives, and are willing to do the schooling. Work, etc that takes, are doing just fine. Look at Kimmy! You never hear her whining. She's just doing what she needs to do!
