LOL, they're talking about this on libtard Radio (KGO) in SF this morning. Lame excuses like "he was only talking to Justice Kennedy" or "he was warning women to re-elect him because if a Republican gets elected they'll take away their right to abortion" (paraphrasing but you get the idea).
The raided a marijuana college (don't ask me this is the first I heard of it) in Oakland yesterday (IRS, DEA, US Marshall's) and the libtards are really pissed off at Obama about this. Probably (unfortunately) not enough to vote for Romney though. I do hope he keeps raiding and shutting down the pot clubs and pisses more of his voter base off before November.

Barry is attempting to “persuade” the court to see things his way. If this happens on this POS of legislation, there is nothing to stand in his way of taking the nation all the way to communism. Chief Justice Roberts needs to send one of the “boys” over to the WH and have them whisper in barry’s ear to STFU and stay out of the courts business.

For a guy who is supposed to be a "Constitutional Scholar" he knows so little about our government. How is it unprecedented and extraordinary when its the SCOTUS's job to overturn laws that Congress passes that are extra-Constitutional???
