Obamacare appears headed for Supreme Court. The Obama administration chose not to ask the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals to re-hear a pivotal health reform case Monday, signaling that it’s going to ask the Supreme Court to decide whether President Barack Obama’s health reform law is constitutional. Don Surber suggests Obama may be hoping the Supreme Court invalidates it and removes a major reason for public disapproval of his presidency while letting him blame someone else for its demise. We will cheer if the Court cuts the monster’s throat but it won’t make us like Obama any better.
