  A salesman stopped at a local bar for a cold one, and sat down between two older weather-beaten cowboys. On TV, a media celebrity was fawning over 0bamacare. The salesman said to the cowboy on his right, "Man, that 0bama is a real horse's ass!"
  The cowboy stood up and knocked him off his bar-stool and walked out.
  The salesman got up, dusted of the sawdust, sat back down and after a few moments silence turned to the cowboy on his left and said, "Man, I 'm telling you, that 0bama is a real horse's ass!"
  That cowboy got up, knocked the salesman off his stool onto the floor and also walked out.
  The salesman finished his beer and asked the bartender, "Whats the matter with those two cowboys? Is this 0bama country?" The bartender said: "Nope. Horse country."

• Another bunch of useful fools. Once all of them have figured out that they've been screwed by barrycare they'll want someone else to pay their freight.

  NOTHING is free. There's ALWAYS a cost.

  • And ususally, the "free" shit ends up costing much more than the not free stuff.

    • But it's ok, because free really means that somebody else has to pay for it. They only get upset when they realize that THEY are the somebody else.

• Law of unintended consequences?

  Maybe as far as many Obmana supporters are concerned, or some in congress who voted for the bill based on party line as opposed to actually reading and understanding it.

  As for the creators of the law? I really don't think we've seen any unintended consequences. I believe this law was a planned fail. They knew full well that everything would go to hell in a handbasket. That gives them license to later come in to "fix it" by doing a 100% gov't takeover of health care and the whole medical field. And that is just the start of the takeover business.

• The funniest part is how they "Demand" just hours. What's a matter dipshits, don't like working all those part time jobs? Maybe you should have though about that before you voted for the "Cool" guy.

  • Typical spoiled brats. Mommie and daddy catered to their every whim and desire, and if not quick enough, they threw a hissy fit and and "demanded", to which mommie and daddy promptly relented. Now they are out in the real world and not getting what they want so they are throwing a hissy fit and "demanding". What they dont understand is that King Narcissist doesnt give a shit what they think. He is King for life and says "suck it up you gullible assholes."
    These clowns were really dumb enough to think Ocommiecare was going to be free? Bwahahahaha.

• I knew a 20-something who thought it would be cool to vote in his first-ever election for Algore back in 2000. As a hunter, he thought that the environmental issues he Vice President trumpeted correlated well with his concerns with conservation. I couldn't talk him out of it and he pulled the lever for The Vice Hypocrite.

  Four years later, when he said he might vote for John Kerry, his dad and I used the argument of gun control as a Democrat issue to persuade him. He accepted the evidence and has never looked back.

  He is now the editor and half-owner of a fishing/hunting/outdoors magazine and constantly keeps a vigil on issues political as they pertain to gun rights and conservation as they pertains to hunting and fishing.

  Whew!

  I wonder: do you thing we could have such luck explaining to young hipsters how the price of EVERYTHING is going up due to Obamacare and Obama's energy policy?

      What are your thoughts on Rand Paul?

      • Rand Paul has the establishment both in the US Senate and here in KY worried. He connects with both the young voters and the older voters. He was here recently (Wednesday) and was saying things that leads one to believe he's going to run. He and Cruz would make an excellent ticket.
