• Then who's program is it? General Motors? The DNC? This is just an attempt by Obutthead and company to distance themselves from the biggest disaster ever fostered on America....Obama is an arsonist, caught with gas and matches claiming "these are not my matches....." BULLSHIT!

• I'm sure Chief Justice Roberts will be glad to know this. Since passing this pos legislation, every last lying ass hole within this administration and their dim wit puppets have been saying just the opposite.

  How will the carnival barker spin this little announcement at tomorrow's press conference? He won't be able to use the sarcasm and mocking tone trying to get away from this one.

• They're right. Obamacare is not a federal health care program... the same way that a wrecking ball is not a building.

  It's meant to destroy the health care system so that the government can then impose their federal health care program.

• Well the ACA may not be a federal health care program but it certainly seems to have knocked out Terry McAuliffe chances of occupying the governors' mansion in Richmond. He is down by 13% with 20% of the votes counted. The Dems should be very afraid of their political futures. If this holds up.

• In other words, up until last week the ability of the government to offer subsidies to certain people was illegal. Do I have that right?

  • Basically, that's how it is supposed to be.
    Any state that opted out of the exchanges was being "punished" by being denied the subsidies, which was written into the law. It was illegal to offer subsidies to those states, but they were being offered anyway.

    This whole scam is one of the reasons I have a problem with the Fair Tax, any time the government is allowed to give you a rebate or prebate, they can cancel it at any time.

  • That's the way I read it. And now, because Sebelius issued this "ruling," it is supposedly legal.

    • At what point is enough enough? Where in the Constitution does it say that an unelected bureaucrat has the authority to rewrite legislation? How does the administration able to legally pronounce what the law is or isn't. Or the President for that matter? Why was the ACA not stopped cold in SCOTUS last year because of this statute in the first place? Did everyone opposed to the law in Washington miss this?

      If the ACA is not a federal health care law, then what is it?

      • ACA is a communist nationalization of a private sector of the economy. So yeah, not a healthcare plan per se.

        Dam , I forgot , it allows people to get their unwanted baby slaughtered , which is found in the paragraph directly above the provision allowing unelected bureaucrats to rewrite Law .
