Most of those enrollments are Medicare I am sure. The website may work out, but I don't think that it was meant to work in the first place. It was meant to fail so they can come up with single payer system. That is what this whole thing is about.
Completely unable to comprehend numbers, liberals will simply assume that's a good start. Trust me on this. They won't get it.

Two years, maybe three at the most, and then the American public will be ready to lynch whoever voted this aborted mess into law. Just wait until the general pubics start waiting in line for the same level of clinic health care given the Vets at the VA Hospitals -- there will be riots! I expect (and hope) they start using the VA system -- Eubonics patient meets Slavic doctor, with an armed guard to referee the outcome. Unless there's arterial bleeding, here's a handful of pills - suck it up and be tough. LOL
I must admit that my experience with the VA healthcare system is better than what you describe, but then they are only handling a couple of million people, not hundreds of millions.
It will be interesting to see how long it takes for Team BO to issue some official enrollment figures. Ms. Tavenner told Congress earlier this weeek it would be mid-November, but she probably failed to mention that she was talking about mid-November 2015.
