“Obamanet?”: FCC Aims to Subsidize Internet Service for the Poor. Obamaphone, Obamacare and now Obamanet. We can’t wait to see what large Democrat donor will reap millions off this one. This no doubt will be paid for by some new internet tax levied by the FCC’s new internet regulations.

Plus more money and control for Soros. Check who's group is mentioned more than 300 times in the FCC rules and regulations.
I need to correct myself. The pages are over 300 and Soros group is mentioned 46 times.
And I'm sure Quagmire's buddies at Comcast will get to be the ones "providing" this service to the poor. Meanwhile those of us who actually pay for it, will watch our service turn to crap.
Comcast makes a bundle, and of course the DNC gets a nice cut off the top.
I'm glad I read before posting, my first thought was that Comcast would be reaping tons of graft from this.
When will the f-tards who vote get that you don't elevate the recipient class by lowering the productive class?
And you can be sure that the new taxes will take effect long before the 'poor' have any better access to the Internet than they do now.

Opening up the cable internet industry to true competition could bring costs down without redistributing the money of people who work their butts off earning it.
Subsidizing anything has the opposite effect of making it affordable by ensuring money flow and market access to companies that didn't have to do a damned thing to get it.
