But I notice no one turned it down. Those who took the money, knowing they were not ready to use it intelligently and safely, are just as guilty as Obamarama.
When the gubment hires a bunch of idiots that don't know squat about construction or home improvements this is what you get. I bet most of these workers were not AMERICAN citizens either because this is the quality of work you get from illegals. I've repaired many many mistakes by these same people and that's on NEW construction sites. They're worthless. This has been "O"s history of flushing taxpayer money down the toilet. It's never-ending. Scam after scam after scam. But NOBAMA'S boys will never be prosecuted or go to jail. SCUM.
