Obama’s OMB director undercuts legal case for Obamacare. OMB director Zients told Rep. Scott Garrett (R-NJ) that if someone making less than $200K opted not to carry health insurance as mandated by Obamacare, the fine associated with that decision is not a tax. But the administration’s case before the Supreme Court is that the mandate is Constitutional because it’s a tax and government has taxing power. Maybe it’s a quantum particle shapeshifter thingy and changes whenever someone looks at it. Whatzit gonna be next? Look, now it’s Barry’s golf scorecard!

Just resist the federal enchroachments upon our Liberty, which comes from God and are our Natural Rights. The States created the Federal govt as a body that was supposed to protect those rights....they have chosen to destroy them.
NDAA 2012 killed the Bill of Rights and now they are attacking specifically religious liberty. As some have said, "We are all Catholics now".
Either your in or you are out. Either you believe in Liberty or you do not. It is a 'join us or die' moment folks. Choose the right side of history, not the wrong side.
