• I forgot to mention that the Unions and their membership must be really happy the voted for this so called POTUS. Same article:

  • There was a story on FOX News yesterday, about how big companies like Disney are hiring low wage, high tech workers from overseas, making their high wage American employees teach them their jobs, and then firing the Americans!

    • It is against the law to bring people in at a lower wage than advertised during the 6 months US labor market "search" period. The issue with the unions is not a "lower" wage but a stagnant wage. Hence inflation being kept so low. No upward pressure on wages due to supply and demand.

      • HAHAHA...When did the "law" start meaning something to this administration or anyone else in big business? Disney is pulling this crap, and so are several tech companies. They keep the higher paid American workers on to teach their replacements then boom! The second the 6 month mark is met the Americans are gone and their much lower paid replacements have the job.

        Unions have nothing to do with it, they will do nothing to stop it anyway. The government will do nothing about it, too much money flows from the liberal loons who run most of these companies into the politicians pockets. The American workers are getting screwed.

        • If this the case and I have read elsewhere that this training and firing is alleged to occur then one has to wonder why some brave lawyer would not put a class action suite together and go after Disney et al. Maybe more smoke than fire?

• One of my father-in-laws brothers was killed 23 days after he jumped into Normandy. Uncle Bill was with the 101st airborne and died when he was just 20 years old.
