Tell me more about controlling citizens firearms while reducing the penalties for criminals who use them? Please explain the logic.. I know demotards can't answer that because there is no way to justify it. More armed citizens IS the answer, yes at first it will be bad while the criminals are shot down, but after a short period of time, the criminal garbage will learn that getting shot is more than likely if they commit a crime. Plus it's way cheaper than a trial and paying for prison..
