I’ll add a bit more to JRs comments. The fees should also cover any liabilities that their fine citizens may incur. Such as but not limited to damages, medical expenses and quality of life.
The libtards say they improve the economy. I guess so if you own a prison.
We should just take the cost of housing these felons out of the foreign aid appropriation.
