Oxford University Press bans any mention of pigs in children’s books. Ditto for sausages and other pork-related words. Ostensibly, the publisher doesn’t want to offend “Jews and Muslims” but we all know who they’re really worried about offending… and it ain’t Jews.

They must be taking cues from the French on how to surrender without firing a shot.
Firing a shot? How would they do that when they hate guns?
The Jews have no issues with pork or pigs, they won't eat it, but don't begrudge anyone else enjoying it.
I have a brother in law that is Jewish, he loves bacon and sausage.
When did the Jews start to complain?
Frankly, like a sandwich, everything is better with bacon.
This is supposedly a myth, but we should do it

And even if it didn't work the first time you could just expand the scale and frequency.
Someone needs to sprinkle bacon scented perfume on all the library books, in the hallways and classrooms, and then hand out free jackets that look like bacon, cell phone covers that look like a pork chop, and perhaps have a sausage and beer fest to give away the free stuff....
I still think "Bacon Bombers" over the middle east would "cure" a lot of ills...500 pound bombs loaded with pork pieces that spread over a wide area when the bomb detonates, and have it air burst to spread the swine further.....I know it might cause a shortage of bacon for a bit but the results of waiting would be worth it.
If I owned a publishing company I would print all my books on bacon.
I wouldn't waste the bacon, but I would make my company logo a strip of bacon.
