Poor judgement. Teacher should be coached, not fired.
DeKalb is the county next to mine. Suffice it to say, people have been fleeing it for years now. Crime is off the charts and obviously the schools are a joke, at best. The community is very poor, however that does NOT justify this "Hood Assignment". Thank goodness there is at least one parent ( although I suspect many more ) that had the guts to stand up to this BS. Guaran-damn-tee that AssClown teacher will be back in another classroom, just not at this school 👿
The education system in this country as been spiraling downward for well over thirty years. Thank God I attended school and graduated before the maelstrom of inane politically correct nonsense spun into full force. I can actually think for myself and I'm thankful for that.
Isn't it great that we have kids that can use a *%$#ing smartphone but can't spell, form a cohesive sentence, add, subtract, divide or multiply without it? SMDH.
