• Most of their voters can't count that high . All they know is that 11 or 14 is one of those numbers that are more than their fingers or more than their toes .

  If they taught 1, 2 , 3 free things , 4 , 5 , 6 free things , 7 , 8 , 9 free things , they might eventually learn how to count to 11 or maybe 14 .
