Let's replace Pelosi with Ebeneezer Scrooge as she is reporting kind of a similar experience. Now Ebeneezer, according to the O campaign, was a capitalist who was reported to have worked with Romney at Bain, He got visited by the ghosts of Rhambo from Chicago and decided to mend his ways.
Now if these three same ghosts came to Pelosi, racist and sexist as it would be to approach a woman about transgressions, she'd be totally indignant and not in any way remorseful. Why ? Well, she'd claim 1) all the problems pointed out were Bush's fault, lies created by the right, 2) the visits were as suggested racially motivated since none of the Spirits were from gay or other oppressed minority groups, and 3) her life would have to pass first, before these spirits could see what was really in her existence. Hearing this, the last spirit, Grim Reaper himself, would still try to take her away. But, being so well preserved by botox, Hg from her tuna works, and other chemicals, but mostly just out of plain meanness, she simply would not die. Grim simply shook his head and left, going to find some other poor soul to do the penance she refused. After all, leftist are not responsible for ANYTHING.
In the morning, all the newspapers and TV channels, save one, would decry the influence of religion in this affair. They would ask ACLU to launch a lawsuit to close any churches in the area that were reportedly complicit in the affair. The NY Times would have a lead editorial about how Palin planned and caused the Spirit's visit with one of her conservative endorsements. And how Romney was really the Grim Reaper from Bain, and how poor Nancy feared for her life from the right wing conspiracy that might form in the future under a Romney administration.
Well she does dress like J. Edgar Hoover....
