St Louis citizens better get armed, CCP, and plenty of combat arms training, since the police won't be doing their jobs any more, the folks will have to do it for them.

I can tell you why he's a FORMER Florida police officer.
Who will take responsibility when a brother or sister is killed following this idiotic logic? You can bet it won't be the civilian review board, the Chief of Police or the one who came up with this hair brain idea. Face it, there are bad people looking to do bad things, some sadly do wear a badge. But this "tactical retreat" is nothing but a death sentence for many.
