Without a vote there's no legal authority to subpoena anyone. Pompeo is right.

The dip shits keep trying to bully anyone from the Trump administration. What they fail to realize is that Trump isn’t your typical President. He’s one that’ll hit back. Pompeo proves it. Plastic and pencil neck are trying to conduct an impeachment inquiry without having a vote for it. As it’s laid out in the constitution. So now they’ve been punched back by someone that hits hard, they are all ranting about constitutional crisis. Yet it was quagmire, plugs, hildabeast and heniz-Kerry who pressured and extorted the Ukrainians into stopping an investigation and trying to find dirt on then candidate Donald Trump.
