The way things are going, the government will be giving free, non-invasive colonoscopys to everyone from cradle to grave, which will be convienient for Obamacare, because they will be able to see what you have eaten and punish you for consuming the wrong foods. The cameras will have tiny Tasers built in to zap you when you slip up.
Nah, just a reverse broadcast TV to submit everyday speech to the government.
I like the "YOUR DIGITAL FOOTPRINT" part. Makes me think you have to herd the sheep somehow. In the case of us humans, the fear of doing something wrong or offensive or non-PC (like using to much electricity)... well our sheep dog is the idea that the man is looking over our shoulder at every move, and if we step out of line, they'll bark at us. Fortunately, I don't think they bite... yet anyway. Give it a few years, let the pups grow some teeth.

Just give them time and they'll rip out your throat.
