Unlikely. It's a matter of supply and demand. If you have any semblance of legalization, then a lot of people will do it, increasing supply and decreasing prices. The key to proper "governing" is to make it as difficult as possible for people to compete with you or your major donors, thereby keeping prices artificially high.
But from what I've read a decade or so ago, yes, they are running low. Mostly, it's because they reproduce like bunnies, and none get a clue about wealth creation. They just live off old Joe's money and run around doing "good deeds" (aka being a societal pest, and aka making yourself feel good about yourself).
At that point (when I read about them), out of dozens of Kennedys, only one thought it useful to get a degree in something that has something to do with actual production (he got an MBA and the last I heard he was trying to save their merchandise mart, or whatever this huge commercial bldg in Chicago is called).
Art History seems to be a popular degree among their set.
I wouldn't doubt it. They don't seem like the "BA in Transgendered Indegenous Peoples' Poetry", or "BA in Glassblowing" types.

It appears that he also has the Kennedy sense of entitlement, I wonder if he has the Kennedy knack for self destruction and wrecking other people's lives.
He said "fair" or "fairness" about 20 times, so we know whose camp he's in. He's Barney Frank without the boyfriend (Kennedys are all straight) so he's
strictly a Massachuesetts tax and spend liberal.

We all have a fair and equal chance compared to each other, but not in comparison to the priveleged class of which you are a part, and in which you are seeking to gain status. The problems that we have is because of people like you try to "help" while in the best case being absolutely clueless of what you're doing, or in the worst case, simply being out and out criminals, stealing from the people you would have us believe you are helping.
The most useful thing you can do is get a job at McDonald's, or Wal-Mart. That should be about at your real-world skill level.
And stop giving us that clap-trap about helping and public service. We all know exactly why you are seeking higher office. Because you seek power to tell others what to do, and simply because you can.
