There are alot of folks i know right now who would pick cotton for work!!!! Blacks dont own the market on hard work for small pay!!! they just whine about it most!
Seriously. My dad picked cotton for 50 cents a week when he got paid, which was not every week We are 100% British Isle extraction, sp I am talking white as the driven snow. He grew up in a small town in Mississippi (already 1 strike against him!) CHALLENGED into Pilot training with only a high school diploma and serrved in th emilitary for 23 years. With the advantages now available for blacks, Hispanics and other minority students, you CAN be successful. You have to choose work over the easy route of thieving, selling drugs and gangs.
That is intellectually niggardly, but then the cottage industry racists would never see the irony in their own work.
Most people will see the word niggardly as racist even though it isn't.
