Protected class: Judge released 9-time deportee with violent criminal history. Yeah he’s just nice family man. In addition to being deported 9 times, Enriquez has been convicted of DUI 3 times, possession of a controlled substance twice, busted with 1 1/2 pounds of pot and drug-dealing paraphernalia, capped with domestic assault and battery. He also doesn’t like to show up to court.
“The government has not argued that he presents a danger to the community,” attorney Jennifer Pucci wrote. “He is not someone who enters the country to live under other names and commit crimes; rather, he is someone who returns to the United States repeatedly, at great personal risk, to live in his family home, with his U.S. citizen children, and to support his family financially.”

The judge should have invited this poor illegal to his house to provide for him. If this P.O.S. is NOT a danger to society, have the judge give him an extra room....Liberal F*cktard judges are the worst.
WTF?!?!?! Hold this judge as an accessory when he commits his next crime.
That can be said about every judge in every city in the nation. They should be in a cell next to all the criminals they have let out on low or no bail to commit more crimes. Accessory to a crime is good enough for us unwashed masses, it is good enough for idiot judges too.
That would make some of these liberal judges think twice.
Enriquez, along with his "American citizen" children, and whatever it is he spawned with, should all be catapulted back to Mexico. Keep the family together.
Their mother is obviously an idiot. Their father is a useless piece of crap who deserves a bullet to the back of his head. It's the children I feel sorry for. They are now in the custody of the state of Kalifornia. They will be moved all over from one foster family to another. They will never have a chance for a good education. Those kids are screwed and 10, 15 years from now we will be hearing their names in the news. And the news won't be good either because when they turn 18 the state will say adios, you are on your own.
When the voting citizens decide they've had enough this will stop.
This voting citizen has had enough of this crap for 40 years and it hasn't made a bit of difference. It is up to all voters to rely on their Constitutional right to enforce term limits. Two terms you are gone, a very simple concept and one all voters should be looking at. The only way to change Washington is get rid of Washington. Get rid of the professional politicians like Piglosi, Boxer, McConnell and McCain. And all it takes is a simple vote.
