Putin keeps John Kerry waiting for THREE HOURS during his visit to Russia for meetings over Syria as relationship between the U.S. and Russia remains frosty. Say what you want about Putin, at least he has balls unlike some other leaders we know. In the below photo we’d guess Putin is thinking ‘where did they find this tupista?’

I thought Chris Matthews reported that it was Kerry that kept Putin waiting for 3 hours - something about a broken/misplaced hair dryer....
Come to think of it, is this just a bit of karma, or what? Didn't Kerry tie up a few thousand air passengers when he sat in his plane for close to an hour getting a haircut?

How long into his three hour wait did John Kerry realize he was being disrespected? One hour? Two hours? Two and a half hours? Did he do anything? Say anything? Walk out? Kerry is the perfect Secretary of State for Obama, weak, clueless, mealy mouthed and too dumb to realize when he's being insulted.
