I was stunned when I saw this, but after minute I remembered some some of the people who have actually won the award(Arafat, Carter, right off the top of my head) and realized this wasn't that strange.
Not strange at all when you add Gore and Obama to the winners list.
They should rename it the Nobel Progressive Prize.
