Pray for folks like those who testified as well as those who defended them like Paul Ryan did. And, as counter-intuitive as it may sound, pray for the McDermotts of the world, that they may wake up soon.
She is absolutely right. We need to let these people know that they are our servants not the other way around. This is the reason why term limits are extremely important. Every person when their limit is over everyone working for them also leaves government. That type of check will make people more afraid of the people. I hope she allows her words to be used by conservative people. It was very emotional but powerful and she was right.

More people in this country need to be like this lady, and tell these pompous assholes that enough is enough. The control freak communist party, AKA the Demorats are ruining the republic, I guess they feel that chaos and civil war are better.
I think the tide may be beginning to turn towards a recognition that this government has become a hideous monstrosity that is sucking the life blood out of our country.

I hope so too, but I fear these communist asshats are gambling that most Americans are just too fat, dumb and happy to even bother to get up off of their couches to answer the phone, let alone the door. When the DHS, FBI, NSA, CIA, DEA, FDA, EPA, or who ever kicks in their doors to steal their guns and their food and shuttles them off to the local FEMA camp, they'll be powerless and totally gob smacked. They won't know what hit them because they've been lied to and they've wanted to be lied to. Most low information people don't want to know what's going on outside their little, obscure, secure world...they don't want to get involved. These people will become fodder for the propaganda mills and centers of indoctrination, to be used against the rest of those American's who can still put up a fight. Timing is everything and just a few seconds one way or the other can make or break an assault...all we need to do is stay vigilant and be ready to fire back in force, or launch our own campaigns. Communists are not particularly imaginative, despite what they think of themselves, so when you take out their leadership they tend to fall to pieces, not so with people who can think critically.
Bravo, well stated. These words need to be heeded or the next time it could very well be tar and feathers for the tax collectors or worse.
The truth is always inspiring, but Becky Gerritson nailed it. Hopefully, this was a slap up side the head for most Americans. Because some people in this country are like an old TV - you have to smack them a couple of times to get the picture.
It was an awesome moment in America. She could run for president tomorrow and win.
But ONLY tomorrow. Give her even a few more minutes, and the media will have Palin-ed or Joe-the-Plumber-ed her.
