Rabble roused: NYPD arrests 200 protesters, clears OWS out of Zuccotti Park. But, there’s a fly in the filthy ointment: “This morning the National Lawyers Guild announced it had received a restraining order against the city ordering the mobs be allowed back in along with their tents and sleeping bags.” Sure, their constitutional right to make trouble and harrass others! It’s right there in the Commerce Clause.

I understand now a judge has stated that he backs New York. He saiys the protestors freedom of speech does not include camping out indefinitely in a public park.

It's about time the Bloomer showed some guts. He should have put a stop to this nonsense the day it started.
So if those police officers catch lice while kicking these bums out, do they have to pay for the medicated shampoo or will the city? I hope the city picks up the tab.
I live in MA, and most municipalities here have "nuisance" laws. The occupoopers of zucchini park certainly qualify. If mayor Bloomberg had a pair, he would roll the court order up tight and coat it in K-Y before sending it back to the judge with instructions on how to insert it.
