Damn communist ass holes, knowing that officers are forced to re-write and in some cases "redo" reports to meet the political agenda is one of the very reasons in less than 18 months I will be playing my KMA card and retiring.
If you read the story, it sounds like Chicago detectives were as disgusted by the reclassifications as you. It's always the bureaucrats who ruin things. Let the police police, let the teachers teach, let the oil drillers drill, and it would be a much better world. Shove the bureaucrats into a large dark bureau somewhere and let them rot.
