Rand Paul RIPS Colleagues For ‘Berating’ Apple Over Taxes: Building a political career out of buying votes can get expensive. So expensive in fact that the kleptocrats at the top are always looking for new revenue streams. This time around they’re targeting Apple, and by extension the consumers that are going to be saddled with all the proxy taxes they no doubt are angling for. But at least one guy in Washington is willing to stand up to them.

If TPTB wanted companies like Apple to "pay their fair share" of taxes, then the tax code wouldnt be so preposterously mind bogglingly complex - its like keeping a messy desk - yeah, I know riiiight where just about everything(important, that is) is, and there's enough clutter that if I want to hide something, I can pretty much hide it in plain sight!
This is dumb going after Apple after the fact, when they are working within the established parameters.
Fix the parameters and stop bitching about companies like this or GE paying jack shit in taxes because the politicians carved out the exemptions themselves.

I love all of the fake outrage over companies & wealthy Americans who keep much of their money offshore away from the reach of the IRS. They never axe WHY this happens, never understanding that liberalism/progressivism always generates the EXACT OPPOSITE of it's stated intent. The tax system needs to be more user friendly, & the opposite is happening. If not stopped, we will be on our way to becoming a police state.
Corporate taxes are a farce anyway. That's just government forcing corporations to be tax collectors for them. ALL taxes are paid by the end consumer. Corporate taxes are a way to take the money without the consumer, (voter), seeing it.
I would really like to support Rand Paul. But his fathers supporters are so rabid, hateful, and obnoxious that the name "Paul" just gives me the creeps.

If we're going to choose new leaders they're going to have to be people like Rand Paul, (not his daddy crowley) so we're going to have to go to bat for them when they come up against cleptocrats like all democrats, most RINO's and many republicans. We have to insist on cleaning up this government and we need to stop feeling sorry for every Tom, Dick and Harry who manages to take deadly aim at their big toes and then shoots them off and then wants us to take care of them for the rest of their natural lives. We need to draw limits on what 'provide for the public welfare' means, or we're going to be broke again and again and again.
