I would be careful about eating anything from Chinese restaurants in DC.

Ahh. Ive got a pic my daughter sent me from a dinner they had in China last week.

My daughter and her group were served this in China last week. I guess they deliver the entire bird so everyone knows that's what it is. Seems chicken feet were considered a delicacy that was served to them at nearly every place they stopped.

She says that apparently it's considered an insult to your guests not to serve the entire bird. Not seasoned or roasted; just a boiled bird. Pretty common and they were served a lot of these while over there. Her whole class lost weight, especially the pretentious liberal twits who were claiming to enjoy "cultural" aspect of the dining experience.
