Refugee resettlement group admits: We don’t track them. Combine half-assed (at best) “vetting” along with no tracking and you have the potential for the terrorists to sneak in, disappear, form a terror cell and bang! If they can’t really vet them they should be denied entry.

I read that one of the Syrians who came into New Orleans a couple days ago is already missing. Nobody has a clue where he is. And Obama wants 100,000 of them?
They need to tattoo all of them with a huge, bright, pink "S" on their foreheads. That way we can track them, and if they start doing something stupid, it will make a great target.

It's purposeful. He is an enemy combatant using his the authority associated with his position as POTUS to do as much damage as possible and beyond the purely symbolic gestures and speeches, Congress stands down and the Supreme Court has shown that it offers no recourse as well.
