Don't ANYONE mention that Chicago and the State of Illinois have some of the strictest gun laws in the nation and do not allow conceal carry for ANY reason.

Considering Chicago's gun laws are the strictest in the country, I'm not at all surprised. I grew up there and it is an absolutely beautiful city, but until the corruptocrat machine there is dismanted, I'll never move back.

When O starts whining about more gun laws to pander to his base, as he will after the poll-tested, focus-group approved waiting period after the CO tragedy, Romney ought to bring this up and point out all the murders and what a shame it is that stupid laws and the pols that make them don't make us safer.
You're absolutley right. Illinois is still the only state without concealed carry as well. Laws like this only serve to make criminals out of normal citizens who want to protect themselves.
