• Why are you guys so down on Huckabee? For one, we have well over a year before we have to decide so let's just sit back, watch and listen. So far I like what he is saying but then again I like what other candidates are saying too. But, we all know Fiorina and Rand Paul don't stand a chance. She is too new to politics and Paul is a little too far right for the majority.

  Then, mark my words, the liberals will soon start screaming about how Cruz and Rubio shouldn't be in the race. Unlike the Obummer, because he is their boy, they will start trashing Cruz because he was born in Canada and Rubio because neither one of his parents is a natural born citizen. And, as much as I hate to say it, I would agree with them.

  I like Cruz and Rubio, I think either one may make a pretty good President. But, I believe in our Constitution, it has served to guide our country for a long time now. Cruz is not eligible, he was born in Canada and his father was not an American citizen at the time. Neither of Rubio's parents, and I'll include Bobby Jindahl in this, were born in America. Both men were born here but both sets of parents are naturalized citizens, none are a natural born American.

  Before you guys start ragging on my ass I want you to read Article II of our Constitution. All of it. I'm not going to give you chapter and verse because I want you guys to read it for yourselves. But I will give you this little tidbit.

  To be elegible to hold the office of President of the United States one must be a native born citizen born to American parents. One can be a naturalized citizen but one must be a native born citizen.

  This is not an exact quote, the language is much more archaic than that, which is why I would like all of you to read all of Article II. Then you can truthfully say whether I am full of shit or not.

  • I know where you're going with Article II of the US Constitution, but that ship has already sailed in the person of King Barky. When the Marxists insist on seeing citizenship paperwork and north certificates, we can hold out a give them the middle finger just like they've been giving it to We the People!

    • I realize that hisham, but I still don't like it. But, when it comes to the nut cutting I'll go for Cruz over Rubio. Rubio has done a little too much flip-flopping on illegal immigration issues to suit me.

      • Rubio is wrong on a lot of issues. Amnesty is just one. He is full on establishment GOP.

• I don't know why some people think they should run. Huckabee is a perfect example. No one in their right mind would tell him he has a chance to be president. He offers nothing special, Like having Tingles run because he once was in government and is now a TV commentator. WE have spent six years with a man who can not make a decision, takes more vacation that the travelocity gnome, and has bravery of a nervous poodle with a weak bladder. So we are gonna line up behind the republican version of that? Perhaps Mike should try Dancing with the Stars if he likes being on TV. His campaign is going nowhere fast and he has to know it.

• Mike Huckabee appeals to me politically as much as a 300 lb. female welfare Walmart shopper festooned with tattoos, afflict with chlamydia, and saddled with four bastards appeals to me sexually.
