Exactly as intended... protect those that would attack us and demonize those who advocate adherence to Constitutional principles. I'd be more hopeful that things are going to unravel if not for the significant portion of the population that fervently believes that targeting for IRS scrutiny groups and individuals based in political ideology is just because they simply accept without question that they as liberals have been victims of this.... it is the misinformation factor that makes the label "low information voter" not paint a complete picture. It's less a lack of information and more a surplus of misinformation that conditions populations to demand tyranny- mistaking it for social justice.
The genius of this demagoguery has the useful high disinformation idiots mistaking their tyrant for an advocate but they do not realize that they too are in the cross hairs- that is simply delayed until their votes can be bought through entitlements necessitated by engineered economic crises- and by the time they begin to realize the true nature of what they demanded it will be too late. Anyone in the monolithic pro Obama voting block of young African Americans how his policies have served them in his four plus years- where is their unemployment rate... why hasn't this administration addressed that? Why should they do anything- they have that vote without doing anything... in fact doing anything to break the dependence on entitlements threatens that.
Yes, this veered pretty far off the topic of losing government protected terrorists but fits seamlessly into a tapestry of what the liberals find important- and it isn't you and me. the media serves the purpose of keeping us usefully foolish until they get what they want- and to get us to fiercely deny that once they're finished with us they won't dispose of us like the cheap whores they see us as.... kept in a ideological cage labeled "freedumb"... because all we're really free to be is dumb.

because Gitmo is bad, very bad. It is the place of incarceration and interrogation of the peaceful, gentle, innocent, civilized musselmans. Whereas the WPP is the repository of rats who got caught and turned on their buddies, so that the rat gets off scott-free and are then allowed to engage in even more criminal activity!
