Republican border security bill removes more fence than it builds. Co-sponsored by the aptly named Sen. Flake in the Senate, the bill adds a mere 27 miles of new fencing while requiring that 66 miles of older weaker fencing be torn down. Maybe they should add a little money for welcome mats and cold beverages.

Could some of these studies have a personal interest component? The bottom line,is yes, both gay and hetero men andwomen are . Engaging in risky behaviour, regardless of sero status. If they weren't, there wouldn't be new cases and as diagnosed persons aged and dies, HIV would be stopped cold. I am not a rocket scientist and I just told you the result of the study for free. I am a patriot.
