Republican congressman introduces “Dog Ate My Tax Receipts Resolution.” The legislation would allow taxpayers to use the same excuses during IRS audits that the Obama administration uses during various scandals like the one at the IRS. We especially like excuse number 10: “At this point, what difference does it make?”

Sounds like a good bill to me.
This is less of a joke than most of the bills Congress passes.
I think it's the best idea Congress has had since the Clinton impeachment.
Finally some useful legislation from congress.
