SAnd if you think THAT is a good idea, look at Medicare and Medicaid. The fraud is completely out of control and fewer and fewer doctors are wiling to take these patients because reimbursement sucks so badly they can't pay THEIR bills. And they aren't corporations, so don't go there.
Isn't Medicare part of social security with people paying into it to utilize when they retire? If you think people paying into it during their entire career is fraud, then I don't know what is.
