I'm getting sick of the word "drone." It's an "airplane." Anything that would be illegal/unethical to do with a human-piloted fighter jet or bomber is illegal/unethical with a drone.
Just because it's small and the pilot is sitting in a room a hundred miles away doesn't change anything.
