French-owned service company Sodexo slaps SEIU with RICO suit. Suit alleges that the SEIU, in an effort to “organize” the company’s employees, employed tactics like “throwing plastic roaches onto food being served by Sodexo USA at a high profile event.” You know, the typical leftist “reality-based” arguments.

Well, good for them. I've worked at a couple of firms in Boston that had Sodexo lunchrooms, and they were pretty good.
Put on about ten pounds on one assignment. I blame the Wednesday Asian Noodle Bowls. O man those were good.
Wow I never thought I live to see a French anything give someone (who deserves it) hell and standing up for themselves. Nice.

LOL I knew a guy who was high up in the Longshoreman's Union in Oakland years ago. He told me one of their tactics was to eat a lot of beans before negotiations and then sit there and fart all day. I wonder if that falls under RICO?
