If we judge a man by the enemies he makes, then Andrew Breitbart was a great man, indeed! Requiescat in Pace, my friend!
Breitbart spoke in Louisville about a year ago at a Tea Party weekend conference at a local hotel. I was going to go but didn't. I wish I had now. I enjoyed reading his book "Hollywood, Interrupted" around 2005. I had concerns for Andrew's safety because of the unique combination of fearlessness and creativeness he had. Saddest of all, he leaves behind a wife and four young children.

The post below from Facebook is by a f/b friend of a friend. This attitude is so typical of the open-minded and tolerant progressives.
He was poisonous, a demagogue, and had no respect for the truth. I think David Frum is right (http://www.thedailybeast.com/articles/2012/03/01/andrew-breitbart-1969-2012.html): as a public figure, which is how most everyone knows of him, and why we mark his passing, it's difficult to discuss Brietbart's without addressing those facts. I don't know what he was like to his family and friends--they are almost surely much worse off for his death; I can't imagine the rest of us are.
Rather tame compared to the bile I've been reading.
Yeah the vile comments have been increasing exponentially for sure and it is just going to be worst for the next overnight hours as the shock diminishes.
Did conservatives say Gabby Giffords deserved her shooting and subsequent injuries? No. Were we vile about Ted Kennedy passing? No. Relieved, but not ugly about it. Yet WE are the ones accused of being separatists, divisional and refusing to work with the Left? Really?
We always have to be restrained, but they can use their freedom of speech to destroy people whenever they feel like it.

The left is as gleeful over his death, as the muslims were over the 9/11 attacks, which shows the strong parallel between muslim extremists and progressives. They all hate america and this anyone ejo stand up for her.
Breitbart was a kind guy. He was a bright guy. And a great patriot.
It is on days like this where the progressives really make me embarrassed to be american.
I cannot help be be suspicious, because the whole thing smells of a high profile homicide using a low detection method.
One of the last things I heard him say at CPAC was he had tapes of Obama doing something that would blow everyone's mind. Now, he's dead. Coincidence? Maybe....but maybe not.
He also said that he didn't care who got the nomination, he only cared that the institutional left was voted out of power. This fall we all need to look past the differences we have and realize that anyone the GOP picks will be better than Obama. We must work tirelessly to make that happen.

I just saw a report about 1 minute ago(6:50pm CSTon 3/1) on FoxNews that the bomb squad was at El-Rushbo's home in Florida, a suspicious package was spotted by security. It makes 1 wonder...
That is just too weird... If another conservative (big conservative) dies or is hurt in the next six months we need to start considering the possibility that something is definetly wrong and find out what it is. Sarah Palin watch you and know where your kids are. I think her son is back from Afghanistan at least two years right? He better not go back.

I had a feeling "something" was in store for this man's future when he publisized he had dirt on Obama and sure enough it happened. I know he had heart problems but in today's medical field it was kept somewhat healthy. NOW, HE'S DEAD. What a surprise? My deepest condolences to his family and friends. I hope those tapes are in safe hands so that this scum(Obama) will be exposed. May God bless this man who tried to do something honorable for his country. I bet Ron Brown and Vince Foster welcomed him with a "You too, humm?"
