Russia blocks Greenpeace ship from entering Arctic waters. About time someone stood up to these dildos. As an aside, shouldn’t Greenpeace be using a sailboat with no engine that uses solar power for electricity? Just askin’!

Why would Greenpeace need an ice breaker when they claim that the arctic ice is disappearing?
To me, in terms of credibility and substance, the opinions of Greenpeace rate about equal to PETA, Ralph Nader, and any drunken bum sleeping on a NYC subway grate.
I'd have more respect and give more credibility to the drunken bums!
Greenpeace could take a lesson on green living from that bum.

Reminds me of the opening scene in Armageddon.
Wouldn't it be so sad and such an unnecessary international incident if that tiny little dingy that Greenpeace was gunning around in hit an iceberg and sank? No! I didn't think so either.
That's actually an icebreaker they're trying to get in there. Seems counterintuitive to use a ship that is typically a fuel burning pig to protest oil drilling and exploration efforts. Sounds a lot like the logic used to excuse Al Gore's private jet use in order to get the 'message' out.
The Russians probably wouldn't let them in because they knew that they would have to rescue them from the cold and ice within a few days. In the past, these Green warriors have tended to believe their own baloney about the shrinking Arctic ice, and thus prepared as if they were going to Palm Beach.
