I uses to be sent to Portland quite often, and loved walking downtown to that giant bookstore they have. One day I'm walking toward the bookstore and I'm almost there, passing a bunch of homeless people in a little traffic square, when suddenly I realize I'm about to step in a big pile of human poo. I still wonder: how does that happen? Do you just pull you pants down and squat in the middle of one of the busiest intersections in the city? I've known dogs smarter than that.
Dogs are the answer. Train them to bite the weenies when the bums drop trou.
